Job Title: Lead Evaluation and Assessment Expert

Overview: IBTCI is currently seeking a Lead Evaluation and Assessment Expert for an upcoming task order as a part of a five-year Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Support Project in Ukraine funded by USAID. This will be a full-time, key position based in Vienna, Virginia with travel to Ukraine. This Project will provide a range of analytical services to USAID Regional Missions which focus on sectors and areas covered by a CDCS or other strategy document in Ukraine.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: An advanced degree in international relations, social science, statistics or related field.
Working Environment: Work is typically performed in an office environment.
Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: The candidate is required to travel as required by the SOW.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the USA.
