Part of MECC’s role in supporting USAID/DRC is the collection and analysis of data for the Mission Performance Management Plan (PMP). To that end, MECC will undertake a household survey across the DRC to collect data for a number of key indicators, to assess perceptions, behavior and levels of access to services of DRC citizens cutting across several development sectors, most notably health and education. IBTCI is seeking a Survey Specialist to work closely with the MECC technical team, USAID and MECC’s local data collection partner to design and oversee data collection of this household survey. This is a short-term position with time to be spent in Kinshasa, as well as remotely over a period of up to 3 months.
