IBTCI is currently seeking a qualified Finance and Administration Manager for work under a monitoring and evaluation support services project funded by the United States Agency for International Development Tunisia and Libya Missions (USAID/Tunisia and USAID/Libya). The USAID/Tunisia and USAID/Libya Monitoring and Evaluation in Tunisia and Libya (METAL) is a multi-year project focusing on the provision of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning services across multiple development sectors in in both Tunisia and Libya.
The Finance and Administration Manager will work closely with the METAL Chief of Party, field office staff, and Home Office staff to manage all day-to-day operation of finance and administrative functions in the field office
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a comparable field and/or an advanced degree in accounting from a recognized college/institution.
Working Environment: Work is typically performed in an office environment.
Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position may have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: Travel not required.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Tunisia.
