Overview: IBTCI is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the USAID/El Salvador Local Solutions Activity. The goals of this activity are to help local civil society organizations (CSOs) to develop their capacities to become more eligible and more effectively compete for resources, as well as be more accountable in the programmatic and financial management of projects and programs they will implement. Capacity building activities will include activities to improve the effectiveness of organizations in strategic planning, organizational and financial stability, program service delivery, program quality and growth. Position is contingent on award. Salvadoran Nationals are encouraged to apply.
Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Working Environment: Corporate office environment as well as field work.
Education: University degree in a relevant field is required.
Travel: The position is based in El Salvador but may require travel to other areas of Central America.
