IBTCI seeks a Research Specialist to lead the design of the methodology and data collection tools, oversee data collection, and lead the analysis of findings for the USAID/Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) Azm-e-Pakistan (AeP) Program Evaluation. The purpose of this statement of work is to provide USAID/OTI with an evaluation team to conduct an evaluation and identify key lessons learned of the OTI Pakistan AeP program. The evaluation team will be expected to assess AeP’s progress towards its stated objectives, as they relate to lessons learned regarding countering violent extremism (CVE), and convey to USAID/OTI an independent evaluation. The projected period of performance for this Contract will be on or around January 1, 2018 and will end August 31, 2018. The work is expected to be in Pakistan and the United States. This position is contingent upon award.
