IBTCI seeks an Evaluation Team Leader to oversee technical activities of the upcoming USAID/Office of Transition Initiatives' (OTI) Evaluation of the Azm-e-Pakistan (AeP) Program in the field. S/he will be the day-to-day point of contact with the OTI Deputy Country Representative and will supervise a three-person in-country evaluation team as well as IBTCI’s local partners. The purpose of this statement of work is to provide USAID/OTI with an evaluation team to conduct an evaluation and identify key lessons learned of the OTI Pakistan AeP program. The evaluation team will be expected to assess AeP’s progress towards its stated objectives, as they relate to lessons learned regarding countering violent extremism (CVE), and convey to USAID/OTI an independent evaluation. The projected period of performance will be on or around January 1, 2018 and will end August 31, 2018. The work is expected to be in Pakistan and the United States. This position is contingent upon award.

Education: BA in International Relations, Foreign Affairs, Sociology, or related field preferred, but not required.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: International travel requried.
