International Proposal and Project Support, Global Health

Temporary Part-Time


To be successful, you must possess good organizational and multi-tasking skills and provide comprehensive logistics and administrative support across business development projects and proposals.  We require someone who is assertive, works with a sense of urgency and possesses a strong work ethic.   This position is located in Vienna, VA for 28 hours per week for about 3-6 months. 


Although this position is within the Global Health Practice, candidates may work across all practice areas.




Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:  

  • Provide project support including transcribing meeting notes, formatting documents and graphics.
  • Provide language translation services.
  • Conduct research.
  • Provide proposal support including requests for information, project research, etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates.
  • Format resumes
  • Create personnel bios, matrices, etc.
  • Prepare project descriptions.
  • Organize and maintain files both hard copy and electronic.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent writing, research and organizational ability.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 6 months’ work experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.


  • At least 2 years of college education in International Affairs, Economics, Business, English or other related area. 

 Working Environment:  Work is typically performed in an office environment.


Physical Requirements:  This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.


Supervisory Responsibility:  This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Travel:  None


Work Authorization:  Must be authorized to work in the USA.  This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
