Job Title: Junior IT Network Administrator

IBTCI is currently seeking an IT Network Administrator to work in our headquarters in the Washington, DC Metro area. The successful candidate will provide technical support to home and field office employees. Must be fluent in English, both oral and written, have strong communication and analytical skills and be highly skilled in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. This position will be based primarily in our Headquarters in Vienna, Virginia, with some time spent in IBTCI’s Washington DC satellite office. Please note this is an entry level position.
Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant field required.
Working Environment: Work is typically performed in an office environment.
Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: International travel not required.
Work Authorization: Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
