    Job Title:    Program Analyst DoD DSCA

    Department/Locations: Washington DC, Colorado, Hawaii, Florida, and Germany

    Reports To:  Project Director

    Classification: Exempt  

                

    Overview: IBTCI seeks Program Analysts to support The Under Secretary of Defense, Policy (OUSD(P)) and DSCA with Assessments, Monitorings, and Evaluations, by serving as senior advisors in the development and implementation of security cooperation programs. The work included under this program will be performed at Government Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations: Washington DC; Honolulu HI: Miami and Tampa FL: and Germany.

    US Secret Clearance Required.  Unites States citizens only.                           The positions are Contingent upon Award.   

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:  

    • Assist Senior Program Analysts with security cooperation program monitoring and evaluation, by working across Departments and with key interagency and state partners, the broader security cooperation community, and stakeholders.
    • Participate with OSD Policy and DCA in developing, supporting, and progressing security cooperation programs, activities, and initiatives.
    • Support program management, planning, logistics, and administrative requirements, and interagency coordination.
    • Keep abreast of new policies, procedures, regulations, and directives affecting security cooperation activities.

    Qualifications

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Knowledge of assessment, monitoring, evaluation and data collection.
    • Experience working with DoD and DSCA security cooperation activities or with NORTHCOM, EUCOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, and CENTCOM preferred.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Five (5) year's of knowledge and experience working with DoD security cooperation programs.
    • Experience working with DoD, DSCA, security cooperation programs or NORTHCOM, EUCOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, CENTCOM organizations.
    • Unites States citizens only. 
    • US Secret Clearance Required.        

    Education:  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

     

    Working Environment:  Work is typically performed in an office environment.

     

    Physical Requirements:  Largely sedentary position: requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.

     

    Supervisory Responsibility:  This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

     

    Travel:  International travel may be required.

     

    Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the Unites States and able to obtain a Security Clearance.
