    IBTCI is currently seeking a part-time Human Resources International Project Support to provide administrative support to the team..  We are looking for someone who is assertive, works with a sense of urgency and possesses a strong work ethic.  Flexibility is key as this position may help support any of the human resources functions.  This position is located in Vienna, VA and starts immediately.


    Please note this is a part-time administrative position with 28 hours per week.


    Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:  

    • Data entry/update applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy of all information entered.
    • Update and maintain HR records as needed.
    • Provide benefits administrative support.
    • Post open jobs to applicant tracking systems, ensuring open jobs are posted on sites required for compliance.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Conduct research on HR matters.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
    • Records management experience a plus.
    • Strict attention to detail.
    • Interest in the HR profession strongly preferred.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
    • At least 6 months’ work experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment.
    • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Oral and written fluency in English required.


    Education:  At least 2 years of college education in Human Resources, Business or other related field.


    Working Environment:  Work is typically performed in an office environment.


    Physical Requirements:  This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.


    Supervisory Responsibility:  This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.


    Travel:  International travel may be required and may include travel to fragile and/or conflict-prone zones.


    Work Authorization:  Must be authorized to work in the USA.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
