Classification: This is an exempt level position and is not eligible for overtime
Overview: IBTCI is seeking a Learning Specialist experienced in identifying institutional learning needs; developing learning strategies; and curating and packaging monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data to promote evidence-based learning and data utilization. S/he will support initiatives as requested by USAID’s Yemen Mission.
This is full-time position based in Amman, Jordan for a one-year base period of performance, plus 4 one-year option periods.
**This position is contingent upon award.**

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in education, communications, international development, or related field required.
Working Environment: Work is typically performed in an office environment.
Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: International travel may be required and may include travel to fragile and/or conflict-prone zones. May be necessary to be mobile and agile at a moment’s notice in case of an emergency.
