Job Title: Deputy Chief of Party, South Sudan

IBTCI is currently seeking a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for an upcoming Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) project in South Sudan, funded by USAID. This a full time, key position based in Juba, South Sudan. This project will provide a range of monitoring and evaluation technical assistance to USAID South Sudan’s portfolio of programs.

Essential Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Education: An advanced degree in international relations, project management, monitoring and evaluation, or a related field.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Working Environment: Work is typically performed in an office environment.
Physical Requirements: This is largely a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: International travel may be required and may include travel to fragile and/or conflict-prone zones. Currently the company is allowing for remote work due to COVID 19 in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia (DMV) area. This can be updated by the company.
